It often starts the same way.<\/p>\n

A critical component breaks down. Production comes to a standstill. The maintenance department starts hunting for spare parts, and the message from the supplier is not what you want to hear: the lead time is several weeks. <\/p>\n

Every hour costs money. Employees wait for work to resume, deliveries risk being delayed, and customers are affected. For many companies, a prolonged downtime can mean losses of hundreds of thousands or even millions of crowns. <\/p>\n

At the same time, the solution is often closer than you think.<\/p>\n

In a warehouse at another company, the exact same spare part may be sitting unused. Perhaps it was purchased as insurance against future breakdowns. Perhaps it will never be used. But because companies lack a common network to find each other, the spare part remains invisible. <\/p>\n

We started asking ourselves a simple question:<\/p>\n

What if companies could help each other when the need is greatest?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What if a spare part could be borrowed, rented, or purchased from another company instead of waiting weeks or months for a new delivery? What if several companies could collaborate on inventory management and reduce capital tie-up without increasing risks? <\/p>\n

The more we analyzed the challenge, the clearer it became that the problem was not a lack of spare parts. The problem was a lack of visibility and collaboration. <\/p>\n

That was where the idea for SparePartners was born.<\/p>\n

We are creating a secure and efficient spare parts network where companies can share resources, reduce downtime, strengthen their resilience, and use their inventories more effectively. By connecting companies, we create new opportunities to increase both profitability and resilience in vital supply chains. <\/p>\n
